PRICING

CLASSES (maximum 4 clients)
 

Classes are 1 hour duration and are charged by block.

A Block will run for 6 weeks (unless otherwise specified).  

Price is dependent on the type of class you are attending.  Please check under News and Updates

ASSESSMENT

The required Introductory and Health Assessment Session is arranged at a time to suit you and is at my Pilates in the Loft Studio in Chislehurst. 

The cost of this session is £45.00 for 1 hour.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENT

Payment is by bank transfer (please email for details) or cash. A block of classes must be paid in full in advance of the start date. This reserves your space in the class. If payment is not received before the start of the block your space may be filled from a waiting list.

REFUNDS
 

Refunds are with consultation and discretionary.

MISSED CLASSES

We are not able to refund for a missed class unless the circumstances are extenuating.  Again this is with consultation and discretionary.

INTRODUCTORY AND HEALTH ASSESSMENT SESSION CANCELLATION

If 24 hrs notice is not given when cancelling this session at my Studio, a further appointment must be made within a week or a cancellation fee will be charged.

STUDIO TERMS & CONDITIONS
 
BOOKINGS

General enquiries and Studio bookings can be made by contacting us by email or by phone 07711 349635.

Discount packages for Studio Sessions are valid for either a period of 3 full months (for 5 sessions) or 4 full months (for 10 sessions) from the date of purchase. After this period any unused sessions will be forfeited and no refund offered. Extenuating circumstances will, of course, be considered.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Failure to turn up for an appointment and all cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be chargeable in full. 
Please cancel by telephone, NOT by email. Discount packages for Private Sessions must be paid for in advance and are only refundable up to 14 days from the purchase date. 
Any refunds will be calculated by deducting from the price paid, the number of used sessions (charged at the full single session rate) plus 10% handling fee.

STUDIO ETIQUETTE

TIMEKEEPING

Sessions are one hour in duration, although there is flexibility with this, so should you be late it is sometimes possible to over run by 5 to 10 minutes, circumstances permitting.

PARKING

Please note that there is no off road parking, so allow a little extra time to find a parking space. There are car parks off the High Street which are about a 5 minute walk from my Studio.

ACCESS TO HOUSE

There is an audio/visual doorbell entry system which allows me to open the front door from the Studio. Once in, please check door is closed. Any problems please ring the doorbell again and I will come downstairs.

BEFORE proceeding to the Studio (2nd floor)

Outer Clothing, Large Bags, Umbrellas etc  Please hang outer clothing on coat rack and leave other accessories in the hall.

Footwear - Please remove and leave in the hall. Before proceeding to the Studio please make sure you have clean socks on for training in and if wearing sandals please bring these socks with you to put on.

WHAT TO WEAR
Clothing

Something, first and foremost, that is comfortable for you and gives you the flexibility to move with freedom. Most clients prefer to wear leggings or jogging pants with a t-shirt or sweat shirt. Ideally, tighter fitting and lighter coloured clothing is very helpful to see how the body is moving. A sports bra or soft cup bra is preferable to an under-wired bra.

Jewellery

For safety reasons, please do not wear necklaces, bracelets or costume jewellery rings.
